For your convenience we offer multiple shipping methods that vary both in price and delivery time. Choosing our Expedited Service is the quickest method of shipping for our North American Customers.  Our basic / standard shipping method is Small Packet Airmail Service.  Below we have outlined our revised / new shipping methods and their estimated times in transit.

GROUND Service - Small Packet Air:

This method of shipping is our least expensive selection.  Small Packet Airmail Service is shipped from our North American shipping location and will arrive to most destinations in North America within 7-15 Business Days and to location world wide within 7-21 business days.   Please note that this method of shipping DOES NOT provide you with a tracking number.  Delivery time depends on, and varies from location to location.  Some locations may receive this item in as little as 4-7 days, however, this depends on the location of the delivery.   Please allow at LEAST 2 weeks prior to contacting us as to your shipment for any order you selected with Ground service.  This is required to ensure that there has been ample time for the package to arrive to you.   Again, this method of shipping does NOT have a tracking  number.  Your order will be updated to completed / shipped, but no tracking number can be added into your order details.  You can log in to your account to check the status of your order.

Expedited Shipping Service:

Expedited shipping service is available at an additional cost for location within North America and World Wide.  Expedited shipping service typically arrives within 4-10 days to most North American locations.  This method of shipping is a track-able service and a tracking number will be added to your order once your order has been shipped out to you.  Your status will be updated to Completed / Shipped and you will be able to check for your tracking number when logging into your account.

Package is Damaged or Lost:

Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. If some items are missing, it needs to be reported to Modchipstore.com within 48 hours in order to ensure that we are able to check with the shipping carrier on your specific shipment and check our records for the item which were sent in your order.  Please note that each and every shipment goes through 2 stages to ensure that there are no missing items.  This includes a visual check by our shipping staff, and a weight check based on the items that are to be sent with your order.  Our weight check enables us to instantly know the weight that your order should be based on each individual items weight that is placed inside your parcel.  If you package appears to have been opened and re-sealed in any way, it is very important that you notify us immediately so that we may then contact the carrier that delivered your parcel.

Modchipstore.com Backorder Policy

The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 1 - 5 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. Your creditcard will be Authorized Only, and actually Charged (Captured) once your item is in stock and ready to ship. If you would like to cancel your order, you must get the confirmation of the cancellation through our support system, cancellation fees will not apply so long as the transaction has not been settled..

Modchipstore.com Pre-Order Policy

The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our shipping locations, this is due to it being a pre-order item in which you are putting yourself on a waiting list for the item when it is ready to ship.. This is usually done on popular items on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you place the "Pre-Order" you are reserving your "spot" in line for that particular item. Your credit card will be "Authorized Only" for the amount of the transaction, and will NOT be Settled (completely charged) until your item is secured for shipment (Typically 1-2 days before shipment departs for your destination). If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you must contact us and state you wish to cancel the order. Remember doing so will lose your spot in the waiting queue, therefore will likely prolong your time to receive the product from another retailer. You will NOT be assessed any cancellation or re-stocking fee on any Pre-Order product cancellations so long as your transaction has not settled.
